My Address Is Wrong, What Can I Do?

If your order status is still pending or processing then we may still be able to change it so please contact our sales team as quickly as you can. However, if you are unable to get in contact with anyone before your order ships, we cannot be held responsible for that. Please ensure that your address is correct when you make your order.

If your order status is complete, then your package has already been delivered to the address that you provided us. In this case, please contact us to speak to a representative about what to do from there.

Please note that if you provide us with the wrong shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for your lost packages so please be sure to double-check your shipping address!
